A global Cyber security company is looking for a VP Product, to lead the strategic development and execution of a complex system, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions
- Drive product innovation by leveraging market insights, emerging technologies, and customer feedback
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance and success
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product organization
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing complex software products to market, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market trends and customer needs into actionable product strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams towards common goals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar - preferred
