Rust Software Engineer

Responsibilities-

• Protocol Development: Designing and implementing core protocol layers using Go and Rust, focusing on performance and security.
• Infrastructure Engineering: Developing sophisticated Mid & Low-level components, including coprocessors, rollups, and bridges, to support privacy-centric execution engines.
• FHE Integration: Seamlessly integrating Fully Homomorphic Encryption mechanisms directly into smart contract execution environments.
• System Architecture: Designing high-performance Distributed Systems, with a focus on low latency, massive scalability, and production-grade reliability.
• Research Translation: Bridging the gap between theoretical cryptographic research and effective, secure production code.
• Developer Ecosystem: Building the tools and documentation that will enable thousands of developers to build on top of this groundbreaking protocol.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or a veteran of an Elite Military Technology Unit – Mandatory.
• 4 years of experience in Backend development, with a strong emphasis on complex system design – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in developing with Go or Rust – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Data Structures, Concurrency, and Networking protocols.
• Experience in designing scalable, distributed architectures for high-load environments.
• A strong interest in (or experience with) Blockchain, Cryptography, or Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).
