The Role & Responsibilities-

• Core Backend Development: Architecting and implementing robust, scalable server-side systems using Python.
• AI Agent Orchestration: Developing and deploying intelligent Agents using cutting-edge frameworks such as LangGraph and PydanticAI.
• Data Intelligence: Processing complex, high-stakes financial and legal datasets (Structured & Unstructured) for entity recognition and document analysis.
• AI Infrastructure: Designing and maintaining RAG pipelines and LLM-integrated features within the core product.
• Production-Grade AI: Overseeing the integration, deployment, and monitoring of models within a GCP cloud environment, ensuring high reliability in a production setting.
• Strategic R&D: Collaborating on the design of sophisticated algorithms that translate legal-financial logic into executable software.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in software development – Mandatory.
• 3 years of intensive experience in Python development – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI Agents, RAG pipelines, or LLM-based products – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration tools.
• Experience with GCP and working in a modern microservices or serverless environment.
• Analytical Depth: Ability to handle sensitive financial/legal data with a high degree of precision and architectural foresight.
