Full Stack Engineer

A high-potential Cyber-Fintech startup operating at the intersection of Financial Security and Behavioral AI.

Founded within a prestigious Israeli Venture Capital firm by a veteran leadership team including a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits the company is building a disruptive platform to combat sophisticated financial fraud.

Their AI engine leverages ML models and specialized AI Agents combined with psychological data to intervene in real-time transactions, protecting customers of global banks and financial institutions.

Based in a prime Tel Aviv tech hub (adjacent to the train) with a hybrid work model, the company offers a "Founding-team" atmosphere in a post-Seed stage with active global design partners.

Responsibilities-

• E2E Product Ownership: Designing and implementing robust, scalable features using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• AI Agent Orchestration: Integrating advanced AI Agents based on LangChain and LangGraph into the production environment to power real-time fraud intervention.
• High-Scale Architecture: Building and optimizing Data Pipelines and real-time communication layers using WebSockets (Socket.io) and NATS.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Architecting and deploying services within a GCP environment, ensuring high availability and observability using Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Data & Performance: Managing complex data flows with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Prisma, focusing on low-latency execution for critical financial transactions.
• Engineering Excellence: Implementing modern CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high standards of code quality in a fast-paced R&D setting.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven experience in Full-Stack Development – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Node.js and TypeScript – Mandatory.
• Strong experience in building modern, responsive interfaces with React – Mandatory.
• Significant experience working in Cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure) – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with modern backend frameworks (Express.js), databases (PostgreSQL/Redis), and containerization.
• A strong interest or practical experience in integrating AI/LLM frameworks into production systems.
