The Trade Marketing Team Manager will oversee and implement trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, optimize in-store execution, and drive sales performance. Key responsibilities include managing trade promotions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with brand goals. The role requires strong leadership to drive a high-performing team and foster collaboration with various stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Caesarea.

• Strong trade marketing, retail marketing, and brand management expertise
• Proven abilities in team leadership, project management, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of consumer goods and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) categories is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or data management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in trade marketing or channel management, preferably in consumer goods
