Associate

Our boutique law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our team.

Basic Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or near-native level (mandatory).
• Substantial experience in high-tech, corporate law, or intellectual property from a top tier israeli firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex legal matters independently.

Contribution to Israeli Society

Our firm strongly values contribution to Israeli society. Active reserve service (miluim) is a significant advantage, as are other forms of meaningful public, military or civil service.

Given the demanding and often high-pressure nature of our work, experience in combat units or other high-responsibility military or civil roles will also be advantageous, although we welcome candidates who demonstrate similar resilience and leadership through other paths.

Business Development Orientation

Due to the nature of the position, which includes a hybrid partnership-like arrangement, candidates with business development skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to cultivate client relationships will have a meaningful advantage in this role.
