Our services include bookkeeping for U.S. and Israeli companies, payroll services, financial controlling, outsourced CFO services, and assistance with due diligence processes and accounting projects for GAAP compliance or IPO preparation. We are looking for a talented Assistant Controller to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and manage ongoing financial processes
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and cash flow management
• Supervise payroll, equity (options), and additional financial processes
• Manage the revenue cycle across clients and subsidiaries
• Work closely with external auditors, including tax reporting and audits
• Collaborate with bookkeeping teams on monthly tax filings (Income Tax, VAT, Payroll)
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities: customers, vendors, and banks

Requirements

• CPA license – mandatory
• At least 2 years of relevant financial experience (including internship)
• Experience at a Big 4 firm – advantage
• Experience working under US GAAP – advantage
• Experience in SaaS / high-tech environment – advantage
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• High analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
