Software Team Leader

The Role & Responsibilities-

• Reporting to the Group Manager, the Software Team Lead will head a specialized team of 5 developers responsible for a high-complexity Monitoring product.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Managing and leading a team of high-caliber engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
• Hands-on Development: Maintaining a strong technical presence with a focus on server-side development using Java, SpringBoot, and GO.
• Full-Stack & Integration: Overseeing a diverse stack including GraphQL (GQL) and React, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality of monitoring interfaces.
• Strategic Collaboration: Leading cross-functional projects and integrations, working closely with multiple R&D and Product teams across the global organization.
• System Architecture: Designing and scaling complex Microservices within a cloud-native environment to support real-time network monitoring.

Requirements-

• Management Pedigree: At least one year of proven experience in a software development management role – Mandatory.
• Domain Expertise: Significant background in Cyber-Security or Networking domains – Mandatory.
• Academic/Military Foundation: B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or veteran of an Elite Military Technology Unit – Mandatory.
• Backend Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in Java or GO – Mandatory.
• Cloud & Architecture: Strong expertise in Cloud-native environments and Microservices architecture – Mandatory.
• Integration Skills: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-organizational projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
