Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv-Yafo for an עורך/ת דין. The role involves managing legal cases, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, providing counsel and representation to clients, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The candidate will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex legal concepts
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or specialization in relevant legal domains (e.g., corporate law, civil law, litigation) is highly advantageous
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
• Licensed to practice law in Israel with good standing in the Bar Association
• High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality and service excellence
• Practical experience working with AI engines – a distinct advantage
