A leading company in the automotive spare parts sector is looking for a talented and motivated Financial Controller to join our professional finance department. This is a key position reporting directly to the CFO, offering a great opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Full responsibility for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Tax Compliance: Managing all interactions with tax authorities (VAT, Income Tax, and withholdings).
• Team Leadership: Managing the bookkeeping and payroll departments.
• Audit Management: Leading the relationship and coordination with external auditors.
• Financial Control: Implementing internal controls and managing the company’s ongoing cash flow.
• Business Analysis: Monthly budget control, variance analysis, and a deep dive into inventory tracking and gross profit analysis.

Requirements:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – A must.
• Big 4 Internship – A must.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Controller in an industrial/logistics company OR a Senior auditor from a Big 4 firm looking for their first role in the industry.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (expert level).
• ERP: Experience with Priority – Significant advantage.
• Industry Background: Experience in the industrial sector – Advantage.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (08:00-17:00) with flexibility for overtime during peak periods (reporting seasons).
