Compliance Specialist (Attorney)
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Attorney to take a key role in leading compliance activities across a large financial organization.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders, focused on building, implementing, and enforcing compliance frameworks across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement compliance and enforcement programs across the organization
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor regulatory updates and translate them into practical procedures
- Provide ongoing advisory to business units and management
- Lead training sessions and promote a strong compliance culture
- Support reporting to senior management and board-level stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- LL.B + license to practice law
- 4-7 years of experience in compliance
- Experience in financial services or insurance - advantage
- Strong ability to work independently and take ownership
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent writing and communication skills
