Compliance Specialist (Attorney)

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Attorney to take a key role in leading compliance activities across a large financial organization.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders, focused on building, implementing, and enforcing compliance frameworks across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement compliance and enforcement programs across the organization
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Monitor regulatory updates and translate them into practical procedures
• Provide ongoing advisory to business units and management
• Lead training sessions and promote a strong compliance culture
• Support reporting to senior management and board-level stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• LL.B + license to practice law
• 4-7 years of experience in compliance
• Experience in financial services or insurance - advantage
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent writing and communication skills
