Senior Frontend Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a brilliant Senior Frontend Developer to join our fast-growing startup. As a core member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building sophisticated, high-performance web applications that redefine risk assessment. This is a role for a technical powerhouse who loves crafting seamless user experiences while maintaining a clean, scalable, and "backend-aware" frontend architecture.

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the development of complex features from initial research and UI/UX collaboration to production delivery.
• Architecture & Scalability: Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend architectures using modern frameworks.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the platform remains highly responsive and performant, even when handling large-scale data visualizations and complex user flows.
• Technical Mentorship: Act as a technical authority within the team, conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior developers on best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Designers, Backend Engineers, and the Team Lead to bridge the gap between visual design and technical industrialization.
• Innovation: Proactively identify and integrate new technologies and patterns to keep our frontend stack at the cutting edge.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, specifically building complex, data-heavy web applications.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
• System Design: Strong understanding of state management, frontend routing, and how to structure large-scale applications for long-term maintainability.
• Quality Driven: A "pixel-perfect" mindset combined with a commitment to software engineering best practices, including unit/integration testing and clean code.

• Full-Stack Orientation: Experience with Node.js or other backend languages.
• Data Visualization: Experience with D3.js, Highcharts, or similar libraries for displaying complex risk assessment data.
• Modern Tooling: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Web Performance: Deep knowledge of browser internals, caching strategies, and rendering optimization.
