Aircraft Manager

We are looking for an Aircraft Manager to join the Airborne Systems division at IAI’s ELTA.

The position includes:

Leading and managing complex aircraft (or UAV) projects across multiple engineering disciplines

Serving as the primary engineering representative מול internal teams and cross-functional departments

Overseeing aircraft development processes, including modifications and conversions

Managing end-to-end project lifecycle for airborne platforms

Working with certification processes for both civil and military platforms

What we’re looking for:

B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering

At least 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, working on aircraft or UAV development projects

Strong English proficiency

Solid understanding of development and engineering processes

Advantage – Experience with civil and military certification processes

Advantage – Background in the Air Force with experience in aircraft systems and conversions

Good to know:

This is a highly challenging role involving the management of a large-scale project with a budget of nearly $100M

The role offers both intellectual and hands-on challenges
