NPI Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented NPI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have background in mechanical design, production engineering, and configuration management, and a proven track record of success in leading the transition of complex products from development to serial manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from the pilot phase through to full-scale serial production.

·        Write and implement detailed assembly instructions and manufacturing procedures.

·        Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and specialized tools for production and testing processes.

·        Manage and control configurations (ECO), including the maintenance and updating of Bills of Materials (BOM).

·        Oversee pilot runs, perform failure analysis, and drive continuous process improvements.

·        Collaborate daily with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and the production floor.

·        Provide ongoing production support, real-time troubleshooting, and lead corrective actions.

·         Manage technical data and workflows using the Priority ERP system.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.

·        Experience in NPI, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Design – Significant advantage.

·        Proven track record of success in SolidWorks and reading complex technical drawings – Mandatory.

·        Strong technical proficiency with the Priority ERP system – Advantage.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

·        High level of fine motor skills and experience working with small, delicate components.

·        Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

·        A proactive approach with systemic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.
