📍 Location: Netanya, Israel

A leading company developing and manufacturing electronic systems and power supply solutions for the defense industry is seeking an experienced Global Procurement Manager to lead its worldwide purchasing strategy.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global procurement strategy
• Lead and mentor international procurement teams
• Build scalable, unified procurement processes
• Manage and qualify global suppliers
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing & R&D
• Ensure availability of critical components in line with military standards
• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience

🔹 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in electronics procurement, including power supply components
• Proven leadership of global procurement and international teams
• Experience with the defense industry and military standards
• Strong technical understanding (drawings, specifications, BOMs)
• Experience in supplier qualification and quality management
• ERP proficiency (SAP / Priority – advantage)
• Fluent English
