Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

We’re at an exciting point: the product is growing fast, becoming richer and more complex - and design is now becoming a core part of how we move forward.

We’re looking for our first in-house Product Designer to take a central role in shaping how our product looks, feels, and works.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, high-ownership role, where you’ll be the sole design owner, working closely with Product and Engineering to turn complex systems into clear, intuitive experiences, and to define how design is done at Package.ai.

You’ll be joining a team that moves fast and iterates quickly - giving you the chance to see your ideas come to life in production, learn fast, and continuously refine the experience.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of end-to-end product design - from early thinking to polished UI.
• Design for complex, data-rich systems including dashboards, maps, and operational workflows.
• Work across desktop/web, and mobile apps.
• Partner closely with Product to shape problems and define solutions together.
• Bring clarity and consistency by evolving our design language and patterns.
• Make thoughtful decisions quickly and see them through to production.
• Continuously improve existing experiences, not just create new ones.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.

What you bring

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer.
• Experience designing complex platforms or systems (B2B, dashboards, operational tools, etc.), in a startup or growing environment.
• Strong experience with data-heavy interfaces, maps, or multi-step flows.
• Experience designing for both web/desktop and mobile applications.
• A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking.
• Strong UI skills - visual hierarchy, layout, and clarity.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering.
• Experience building or evolving a design system, and bringing consistency to complex products.
