SNOW Polymers is a pioneering Deep-Tech startup redefining the plastics industry. We develop scalable, starch and cellulose-based biodegradable polymers and new materials specifically designed for the agriculture and plastics sectors. Our materials match the performance and cost of commodity plastics (PE/PP) while degrading fully into water and CO2 . We are now ready to scale from pilot to full industrial production. We are looking for a visionary CEO to lead us through this next phase of global growth and industrialization.

The Role

As CEO, you will be the driving force behind SNOW Polymers' transition from a Pre-seed innovation hub to a commercial powerhouse in the advanced materials market. You will work closely with the founders and the Board (InNegev) to secure funding, build strategic global alliances, and oversee the establishment of large-scale manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

● Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead upcoming funding rounds (Seed & Series A). Build and maintain relationships with VCs, impact investors, and strategic industrial partners.

● Industrial Scale-up: Orchestrate the transition from pilot manufacturing to full-scale industrial production, managing CAPEX, engineering expansion, and supply chain logistics.

● Strategic GTM & Business Development: Execute the Go-To-Market strategy within the plastics and agriculture global markets.

● Organizational Leadership: Scale the team from its current core to a multi-disciplinary industrial organization. Foster a culture of excellence, sustainability, and innovation.

● Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary face of the company to the Board, investors, and the global CleanTech ecosystem.

● Leadership Experience: 7+ years in senior executive roles (CEO/GM/VP) within the startup ecosystem. Experience in CleanTech, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or AgTech is a significant advantage.

● Industry Expertise: Experience in CleanTech, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or AgTech is a significant advantage.

● Proven Track Record in Scale-up: Demonstrated experience in taking a technology from R&D/Pilot stage to mass production and commercial success.

● Fundraising Expertise: Proven success in securing significant venture capital or strategic investments.

● Commercial Acumen: Strong background in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and navigating complex industrial markets.

● Visionary Mindset: Passionate about sustainability and the circular economy, with the ability to translate high-level vision into operational milestones.

● Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. MBA – a strong plus.

● Languages: Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew.
