V&V Manager

The Mission: We are seeking a V&V Manager to lead the verification and validation strategy for a high-stakes, multidisciplinary defense company. Operating under the radar, this role is critical in bridging the gap between complex hardware (Boards/Silicon) and sophisticated software ecosystems. This isn't about maintaining legacy systems - it’s about defining the quality standard for the next generation of defense technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Strategy: Define and execute the comprehensive V&V strategy across Hardware, Firmware, and Software layers.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of high-performing verification engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Environment Architecture: Characterize and oversee the development of advanced Test Benches, including complex automation and simulation environments.
• Risk Management: Conduct deep-dive risk assessments and ensure full compliance with rigorous defense and industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with System Architects and R&D Leads from the early design phase to final delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in V&V/System Testing leadership within a multidisciplinary environment (Defense, Aerospace, or Semiconductors preferred).
• Technical Depth: Strong background in hardware development life cycles (Board Design/FPGA) and complex Embedded systems.
• System-Level Vision: The ability to move seamlessly between low-level code/hardware debugging and high-level architectural oversight.
• Execution: A proven track record of managing complex projects under tight deadlines and making critical decisions under pressure.
