Major Responsibilities

Lead and Mentor

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative

and innovative environment

Project Management

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project

completion

Code Review and Quality Assurance

Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices

Innovation and R&D

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team

Performance Monitoring

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support to help team

members grow and succeed

Collaboration

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to solve complex problems

and innovate new features

Desired Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of software development experience, including 2 years managing teams
• Proficiency in Python or other backend programing language
• Expertise in AWS and working in high-scale production environment
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue, or experience leading full-stack development teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
