Staffpick is looking for a senior consultant to support a dedicated operations team managing a large-scale Radware Alteon environment.
This is not a day-to-day operations role — the consultant will act as a high-level expert, supporting the team with complex cases, architecture guidance, and best practices.
What you’ll do:
- Act as L3/L4 escalation point for complex Alteon issues
- Advise on architecture, performance optimization, and best practices
- Support troubleshooting of advanced L4–L7, SSL, and traffic management scenarios
- Guide internal teams on configuration and improvements
- Participate in design discussions when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Radware Alteon (must)
- Deep understanding of ADC concepts and application delivery
- Proven experience supporting large-scale production environments
- Ability to work independently and guide technical teams
Nice to have:
- Experience with F5 / Citrix ADC
- WAF / application security knowledge
- Hybrid / cloud environments
