Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Associate to take ownership of our marketing efforts and help drive growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility and the opportunity to shape marketing strategy at a fast-growing Web3 company.
Responsibilities
* Lead Generation - everything you'll do eventually will be measured by the incoming leads
* Manage and grow Nominis’ social media presence (primarily LinkedIn and X)
* Share our content across relevant channels, communities, and platforms to reach the right audience
* Explore and test new ways to distribute content and expand our reach
* Plan and run campaigns to promote new product features or education tools
* Organise and deliver webinars and podcasts from start to finish
* Help coordinate and promote our presence at conferences and events
* Work closely with sales to attract the right prospects and convert them into leads
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing - Startup
* Strong execution skills and ability to work independently
* Proactive, creative, and growth-oriented mindset
* Excellent written and communication skills
Important to Have
* Understanding of Web3 / blockchain ecosystem
