Company Description

We are an early-stage startup operating at the intersection of AI, search, and marketing.

As user behavior shifts from traditional search engines to AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, a new category is emerging: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

We are building the infrastructure to help brands understand, measure, and improve how they are represented inside AI-generated answers.

We are currently in early stages with initial product validation and are focused on building a scalable platform to define this new category.

Role Description

This is not a “hire.”

This is a partner.

• We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Co-Founder & CTO for a full-time role, based in Israel (Tel Aviv District preferred) with flexibility for remote work.
• As Co-Founder & CTO, you will lead the company’s technological vision and execution. You will be responsible for designing and building the core platform, defining the architecture, and driving all technical decisions.
• This includes developing systems for multi-model AI analysis, data collection and processing, and scalable infrastructure to support a growing SaaS product.
• You will work closely with the founding team to define product strategy, translate business needs into technical execution, and ensure fast, high-quality delivery.
• You will also play a key role in shaping the engineering culture, hiring future team members, and representing the technical vision of the company to partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with founders, stakeholders, and future team members
• Experience with modern backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Solid understanding of AI/LLMs and their practical applications
• Experience in software architecture, system scalability, and building production-grade systems
• Proven ability to build and ship products end-to-end
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from zero to one
• Experience in startup environments is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
