Executive Summary

We are looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead our advanced AI product domain within the VISINT (Visual Intelligence) arena. Our mission focuses on developing cutting-edge solutions based on satellite data analysis (EO & SAR).

In this pivotal role, you will own the overarching product strategy, manage a team of Product Owners within multidisciplinary Squads, and lead the development of operational capabilities from end-to-end.

We are seeking a leader who can bridge the gap between complex operational needs, technological vision, and flawless execution in a high-impact, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the comprehensive product strategy for our VISINT and satellite intelligence domain.
• Team Management: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Product Owners operating across several multidisciplinary squads.
• Roadmap Ownership: Translate operational and business requirements into a clear, actionable, and prioritized product roadmap.
• Balanced Prioritization: Expertly prioritize initiatives, balancing between deep research, rapid development, and operational deployment.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with executive leadership, clients, and operational entities to define value propositions and KPIs.
• Product Discovery: Lead discovery processes and develop a profound understanding of end-user challenges and battlefield/operational needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align AI, Data, MLOps, and Engineering teams to create a unified, high-performance product.
• Excellence & Methodology: Establish unified working methodologies across squads (Agile/Product frameworks) and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee product launches, implementation, and user-adoption scaling.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proven Experience: Significant track record in Product Management, including experience leading a team of Product Managers/Owners.
• Complex Systems: Experience working with complex, multidisciplinary, and large-scale systems.
• Strategic Execution: Proven ability to define a long-term strategy and translate it into successful tactical execution.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong background in technological environments—specifically AI, Data, or Software Engineering.
• Big Picture & Detail Oriented: Ability to maintain a broad systemic view without losing sight of critical technical details.
• Matrix Leadership: Experience working in matrix organizations and high-pressure, dynamic environments.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to articulate complex visions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Significant Advantages (Nice-to-Have)

• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the VISINT / EO / SAR domains or satellite imagery analysis.
• AI/ML Products: Experience in AI/ML or Data-driven product management.
• Operational Background: Experience working with defense clients, intelligence units, or operational systems.
• MLOps Mastery: Understanding of MLOps processes and the lifecycle of machine learning models.
• Scale: Experience leading large-scale data products.
