As our DevOps Engineer, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure—building, automating, and operating modern environments that support massive AI and Data pipelines. What You’ll Do?

• Infrastructure Excellence: Design, deploy, and manage cloud and on-prem infrastructures tailored for AI and big data workloads.
• CI/CD for AI: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for models, data pipelines, and microservices.
• Distributed Computing: Manage and scale distributed clusters (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray) to support heavy processing demands.
• Automation First: Lead automation for deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes.
• MLOps Integration: Implement MLOps frameworks to support the full model lifecycle—from training and deployment to real-time monitoring.
• Resource Optimization: Manage containerized environments (Docker) and optimize hardware resources (CPU/GPU) for maximum efficiency.
• Observability: Set up advanced observability stacks (Logging, Metrics, Tracing) to ensure system reliability and stability.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with AI researchers, Data Engineers, and Developers to streamline the development-to-production journey.

What You Bring (Must-Have)

• Proven Experience: Significant background as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
• Container Orchestration: Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Automation Mastery: Solid experience in building CI/CD pipelines and scripting (Python or Bash).
• Cloud Proficiency: Experience working with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Systems Knowledge: Strong Linux systems administration and networking skills.
• Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Mindset: The ability to excel in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and dynamic environment.

Significant Advantages (Nice-to-Have)

• AI/ML Focus: Experience with MLOps or supporting AI/ML research teams.
• Specialized Tools: Familiarity with Ray, Airflow, or Prefect.
• GPU Power: Experience managing GPU workloads.
• Observability Stack: Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Mission-Critical Systems: Experience in operational environments or real-time systems.
