We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our R&D department. As an engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative, scalable, and high-quality features in our product. This role involves tackling complex technical challenges in a high-scale, performance-sensitive environment.

You will:

• Design and implement engineering solutions, ensuring high-quality and scalable code.
• Tackle complex technical challenges, identifying root causes, and delivering timely, effective solutions for customers requests and problems
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in cloud-native environments.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services, with hands-on use of diverse backend patterns, including synchronous and asynchronous communication, as well as batch processing.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis for data processing. Experience with message brokers and queuing systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability to leverage modern AI tools in day-to-day engineering work, including code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and technical investigation.
• Basic familiarity with frontend technologies, preferably React.
  
  

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to prioritize, move quickly, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
