We’re looking for a Data & AI Lead to lead our data strategy and AI initiatives, driving business growth, personalization, and consumer intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the data & AI strategy across marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, and operations
- Lead development of personalization, segmentation, and recommendation solutions
- Build and manage high-performing data science & analytics teams
- Partner with business and tech stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions
- Drive measurable impact (retention, LTV, AOV, operational efficiency)
- Ensure strong data governance, privacy, and ethical AI practices
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in data science / analytics / AI (with leadership experience)
- Background in retail / fashion / eCommerce
- Proven experience with personalization, customer analytics, and AI-driven growth
- Strong business mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Statistics / Math / Computer Science
