The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior AI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on practical and innovative AI projects, encompassing both data science and generative AI development, with a strong emphasis on quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate is comfortable exploring data-sets, running experiments, developing and optimizing AI solutions. This role suits someone who is proactive, communicates clearly, and can work independently.

What You’ll Do

• Solution Design: Take solutions from concept to production, including Gen AI development, data pipelines, database and API integrations.
• Data Pipeline Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers to define, build, and monitor efficient data pipelines that support AI model development and deployment.
• Benchmarking: Establish and maintain performance benchmarks for models and systems, providing data-driven insights to inform architectural and vendor decisions.
• Structured Experimentation: Hypothesize, design, implement and measure experiments to formulate solutions and actionable optimization steps.
• Technical POC: Be a technical point of contact for the project, engage directly with customers’ R&D teams. Driving tangible impact through your expertise and problem-solving.
• Project Delivery Oriented: Hold a deep sense of accountability for your solutions, the product's quality, and its timely delivery. Own design, planning, and development of the AI features.

Qualifications

• Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar experience
• Expertise on GenAI, LLMs and evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in designing and developing embedding-based representations, including similarity search and retrieval workflows.
• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows in production environments.
• Experienced in architecting extraction pipelines using schema-constrained LLMs to transform unstructured data into validated, production-ready formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of communicating complex technical ideas clearly.
• Working effectively with AI coding agents to enhance productivity.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Commitment to high-quality, production ready code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
