Lamma is an AI-native learning platform that unifies curriculum generation, learning management, and autonomous 1:1 AI instruction into one system.

We're looking for a Founding GTM Lead to take it to market. 

The role

You'll own sales and growth end-to-end: prospecting, demos, closing, positioning, messaging, and the first GTM experiments across segments. Lamma's product is horizontal. It can win with individuals generating learning content for themselves, with organizations that need a powerful platform to build and deliver their programs, and with schools looking to improve content, learning, and classroom engagement. We have hypotheses about where to start. Finding the real answer - and closing the deals that prove it - is the job. 

Who you are 

• 2–5 years in SaaS sales, growth, or GTM, ideally at an early-stage startup
• You've personally closed deals, not just supported them
• Native-level English - our customers are in the US
• Based in Israel, comfortable working US hours when a live deal needs it
• Strong communicator - on calls, in demos, in writing
• Education experience is a plus, not a requirement
