The Role & Responsibilities

• R&D Leadership: Heading a multidisciplinary team of developers and QA professionals, ensuring technical growth, mentorship, and high-standard execution.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: Leading the full SDLC for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that core systems remain robust, scalable, and secure.
• Strategic Product Collaboration: Bridging the gap between business needs and technology by working closely with Product and CS teams to architect elegant solutions for complex payment workflows.
• System Integrity & Security: Ensuring maximum Uptime and adherence to strict financial security standards, maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability.
• Technological Vision: Driving the evolution of the software stack while maintaining the stability of a production environment that handles high-volume financial data.

Requirements

• Technical Foundations: At least 5 years of experience in software development within C# / .NET environments – Mandatory.
• Management Pedigree: At least 4 years of proven experience in leading and managing development teams – Mandatory.
• Database Expertise: Expert-level mastery of MS-SQL (Architecture, complex optimization, and performance tuning) – Mandatory.
• Business Intelligence: Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand organizational processes from a broad, business-oriented perspective.
• Professional Communication: High-level English proficiency (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
