Sales Team Leader – US Market (B2C)

We're looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader who doesn't just manage from the sidelines, you're in the trenches with your team, driving results and helping reps win every single day.

What you'll do:

You'll lead and manage a team of sales reps selling directly to US consumers.

You'll be responsible for making sure your team hits its targets, tracking performance, identifying gaps, and stepping in where needed. You'll coach reps in real time, jump on calls when they need support, and build a winning playbook that turns leads into closed deals. Beyond the numbers, you'll know how to motivate, develop, and lead your reps, setting the standard, keeping the energy high, and making sure every team member is performing at their best. When a rep hits a wall, you roll up your sleeves and help them get it done.

This role is for you if:

• You have a proven track record in B2C sales and have consistently hit targets
• You know how to manage a sales team, setting goals, tracking KPIs, and holding reps accountable
• You're a natural leader who knows how to inspire, guide, and push people to reach their potential
• You bring real experience selling to the US market, you understand the American consumer, the culture, and what makes them buy
• You've led or mentored sales reps and made them better at what they do
• You're comfortable working US hours (night shifts, 4 days/week)
• You know how to handle objections, create urgency, and guide a sale to the finish line
• You're motivated by numbers, commissions, and winning
• You speak fluent English, native-level preferred
