System Engineer

The company operates under a hybrid work model (1 day WFH) and partners with leading global automotive manufacturers to define the future of high-power charging standards.

The Role & Responsibilities -

• The Systems Engineer serves as the technical bridge between complex engineering disciplines, defining the roadmap for multidisciplinary product development. The role focuses on high-power energy systems and international compliance:
• System Architecture Design: Defining high-level system requirements, technical specifications, and product blueprints for complex, high-power energy transfer systems.
• Multidisciplinary Leadership: Leading diverse R&D teams (Hardware, Software, Mechanics) through the full product lifecycle, ensuring technical synergy and design integrity.
• Validation & Verification (V&V): Overseeing rigorous testing, verification, and validation processes to ensure system reliability and performance in mission-critical environments.
• Regulatory & Standardization: Driving the standardization process for international markets, ensuring products meet global automotive and safety certifications.
• Technical Client Interface: Managing high-level technical communication with global Tier-1 customers and partners to align system capabilities with market needs.

Requirements -

• Academic Excellence: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution – Mandatory.
• Systems Engineering Expertise: At least 3 years of intensive experience as a Systems Engineer for complex, multidisciplinary products – Mandatory.
• Power Systems Knowledge: Proven expertise in High-Power/High-Current systems architecture and design – Mandatory.
• Electronic Foundations: A strong professional background in Electronic Development (Hardware/Board Design).
• Standards & Compliance: Demonstrated experience with Standardization and Regulatory processes for international tech markets.
• Industry Context: Experience in the Automotive industry – Significant Advantage.
• Technical Versatility: Familiarity with VHDL, ARM, SOM, Embedded Systems, and IoT – Significant Advantage.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex technological challenges into scalable, production-ready system architectures.
