Algorithm Engineer

The role offers a hybrid work model (2 days WFH) and the opportunity to work on some of the most complex sensing challenges in the industry today.

The Role & Responsibilities-

• Algorithmic Research & Development: Designing and implementing advanced Computer Vision and Deep Learning models for real-time sensing applications.
• Neural Network Architecture: Developing deep neural networks for perception and spatial awareness, optimized for low-power embedded environments.
• Hybrid Algorithmic Approach: Combining classical CV techniques with modern DL models to solve complex sensing challenges.
• Full-Stack Data Science: Executing significant data manipulation, statistical modeling, and the deployment of ML/DL solutions into high-fidelity production environments.
• System Engineering & Integration: Leading the full system-level integration of diverse algorithms to meet specific mission-critical operational requirements.

Requirements-

• Computer Vision Mastery: At least 5 years of professional experience in developing Computer Vision algorithms – Mandatory.
• Deep Learning Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing Neural Networks and sophisticated Deep Learning models – Mandatory.
• Production Deployment: Proven track record in implementing ML/DL solutions in production environments using TensorFlow or PyTorch – Mandatory.
• Programming Proficiency: Minimum of 4 years of intensive development experience in Python – Mandatory.
• Data Science Foundations: Strong background in data manipulation and statistical modeling.
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a high-level Israeli Security Clearance – Mandatory.
• Innovation Mindset: A proactive researcher capable of navigating the challenges of real-time AI on edge hardware.
