Head of Information Security (CISO)

A leading technology company in Israel is seeking a senior Information Security leader

to drive cybersecurity strategy and execution within a large-scale organization, within a

CISO-as-a-Service model.

This role is delivered as part of a leading consulting firm, offering a unique combination

of strategic leadership within a complex organization and long-term professional

growth within a strong consulting environment.

The organization operates in a complex hybrid environment, including on-prem

infrastructure, advanced cloud platforms, and large-scale development activities.

Role Responsibilities:

● Lead the organization’s information security and cybersecurity strategy

● Own risk management, governance, and compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2)

● Define and implement security policies, standards, and procedures

● Lead security activities within a CISO-as-a-Service model

● Manage multidisciplinary security teams, including:

○ Application Security (AppSec)

○ Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

○ Security Operations (SecOps)

● Oversee security across cloud environments (GCP), on-prem infrastructure, and

● development environments (SDLC, DevSecOps)

● Work closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders

● Lead organization-wide security programs and initiatives

● Manage security incidents and incident response processes

Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience in senior information security leadership roles

● Experience in complex environments combining cloud, infrastructure, and

development

● Strong understanding of multi-layered security architecture

● Hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks and standards (ISO 27001,

SOC2, etc.)

● Proven experience managing cross-functional teams

● Experience working with senior leadership and driving organizational impact
