Product Manager

The Role & Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Leadership: Owning the product roadmap from conceptualization to global launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
• Requirements Engineering: Authoring high-fidelity PRDs and MRDs, translating complex customer needs into actionable technical specifications for R&D teams.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Leading multidisciplinary development processes (Hardware and Software) through indirect influence (Cross-functional leadership) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Utilizing advanced analytical skills to define Product KPIs, prioritize backlogs based on data, and lead strategic decision-making processes.
• Global Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary technical and business interface for international clients and partners, delivering high-level presentations and managing complex technical requirements.
• Technical Deep-Dive: Maintaining a "hands-on" approach to technical details, ensuring product integrity within sophisticated energy environments.

Requirements-

• Academic Foundation: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.
• Product Management Seniority: At least 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management, preferably within B2B, complex systems, or integrated Hardware-Software domains – Mandatory.
• Domain Expertise: Practical experience or deep familiarity with at least one of the following: Power Quality, Grid Monitoring, Protection Systems, SCADA, EMS, or BESS – Mandatory.
• Documentation Mastery: Proven track record in writing professional PRDs/MRDs and leading development cycles with R&D teams – Mandatory.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English at a very high level (written, verbal, and presentation) for daily international collaboration – Mandatory.
• Business Acumen: Strong analytical thinking, business orientation, and the ability to drive results in a global corporate setting.
• Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead complex interfaces without direct authority.
