We’re Hiring: Financial Controller (Public Company)

A leading public company in the entrepreneurial/contracting real estate sector is

seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team.

�� Location: Netanya area

�� Position Type: Full-time (with willingness to work additional hours as needed)

Key Requirements:

 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – חובה

 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controller in a public company בתחום

 Proven experience with consolidated financial statements – חובה

 Experience working with the Securities Authority – חובה

 Strong knowledge of urban renewal projects – חובה

 Team player with excellent collaboration skills – חובה

Role & Responsibilities:

 Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

 Responsibility for group financial consolidation

 Handling complex accounting and tax matters at the group level

 Liaising with external auditors and professional accounting teams

 Working closely with tax departments and external tax advisors

 Managing and overseeing tax reports

 Ensuring compliance with IFRS standards

 Cross-functional collaboration with departments including urban renewal,

legal, and engineering

 Oversight and development of financial systems, including ongoing operations

 Management responsibility over bookkeeping team

 Preparation of management reports and forecasts for the board and executive

management
