Northern District, the organization fosters a high-performance environment characterized by engineering excellence and a hands-on approach.
The company maintains an onsite work model, ensuring seamless collaboration across its multidisciplinary engineering teams.
The Role & Responsibilities-
- The Hardware Technical Lead serves as the primary technical authority for the hardware development team. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle from conceptual design and topology selection to testing and high-quality delivery:
- Technical Leadership: Directing the hardware R&D efforts, ensuring all designs meet rigorous performance, quality, and time-to-market benchmarks.
- Power Electronics Design: Leading the development of advanced AC/DC and DC/DC topologies, leveraging modern power components and analog circuitry (Op-Amps, signal integrity).
- Board Design & PCBA: Overseeing complex Board Design (PCBA) processes, ensuring robustness in high-power and high-frequency environments.
- High-Speed Architecture: Implementing and managing high-speed interfaces including PCIe and DDR3/DDR4, while ensuring signal integrity and noise mitigation.
- Embedded Integration: Designing hardware environments for FPGA (Xilinx/Intel), DSP, and System-on-Modules (SOM), including the development of logic in VHDL/Verilog.
- Communication Protocols: Architecting chip-level communication strategies utilizing I2C, SPI, UART, and QSPI.
Requirements-
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university – Mandatory.
- 5 years of deep experience in Analog Design and Power Electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, modern power semiconductors) – Mandatory.
- 5 years of proven experience in complex Board Design and PCBA – Mandatory.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in VHDL/Verilog – Mandatory.
- High-Speed Interfaces: Practical, in-depth experience with PCIe and DDR3/DDR4 protocols – Mandatory.
- Experience designing for FPGA, DSP, or SOM (e.g., ST, Xilinx, Intel) – Mandatory.
- Chip-Level Communication: Proficiency in standard protocols: I2C, SPI, UART/USART, and QSPI – Mandatory.
- A holistic engineering approach with the ability to lead complex projects from architecture to production.
