The Role & Responsibilities-

• The Senior Algorithms Engineer will lead the development and implementation of advanced vision capabilities for next-generation unmanned platforms. The role requires a holistic systems-thinking approach and deep technical execution:
• Algorithmic Research & Development: Designing and implementing sophisticated Computer Vision and image processing algorithms for real-time video analysis.
• Detection & Tracking: Building high-fidelity object detection and tracking pipelines optimized for complex, dynamic environments.
• Multi-Sensor Fusion: Working with advanced EO/IR (Electro-Optical/Infrared) sensors and multi-sensor arrays to enhance situational awareness.
• Edge Deployment: Optimizing and deploying Deep Learning models and algorithms onto Embedded Platforms and edge devices, ensuring peak performance under hardware constraints.
• System-Level Engineering: Collaborating across disciplines (hardware and software) to ensure algorithmic integrity within the broader mechanical and electronic systems.

Requirements-

• Professional Foundation: At least 4 years of experience in Computer Vision and Algorithm Development – Mandatory.
• Domain Expertise: Extensive background in Image and Video Processing, specifically with object detection and tracking pipelines – Mandatory.
• Sensor Literacy: Hands-on experience with EO/IR sensors and multi-sensor systems – Mandatory.
• Technical Stack: High proficiency in both Python and C++ – Mandatory.
• Deep Learning: Practical experience with DL frameworks and sophisticated Model Optimization techniques – Mandatory.
• Embedded Systems: Proven track record of deploying algorithms on Embedded or Edge platforms.
• Engineering Mindset: A hands-on professional with a "system-level" perspective and strong problem-solving capabilities.
