EVP Infrastructure & Construction

About the Role

The EVP will be responsible for leading all infrastructure and construction aspects of the hospital project, ensuring successful delivery across timelines, budget, and quality standards.

You will work closely with government entities, local authorities, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to bring this vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution – Lead all phases of planning and construction, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Budget & Resource Management – Oversee financial performance, cost control, and resource allocation
• Regulatory & Licensing – Ensure full compliance and coordination with regulatory bodies and approvals
• Medical Infrastructure Development – Design and implement advanced healthcare infrastructure aligned with future needs
• Stakeholder & Community Engagement – Foster transparent collaboration with local communities and stakeholders
• Vendor & Partner Management – Manage project management firms, architects, and external partners
• Procurement & Equipment Integration – Oversee procurement strategy and integration of medical equipment into infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory
• Master’s degree (mandatory) in one of the following:
• Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Policy, Engineering, Public Health, or a related field
• Proven experience at EVP level (or equivalent) in a large, complex organization
• Management of budgets exceeding ₪1B
• Leading large-scale strategic initiatives, including organizational design and operating models
• Experience in establishing/launching major projects or new organizations
• Deep understanding of planning and construction processes
• Strong financial management capabilities
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking with a systemic understanding of healthcare and infrastructure challenges
• Knowledge of Israeli healthcare regulation – advantage
• Hebrew – native level
• English – high proficiency
