Backend Engineer

Responsibilities-

• SaaS Platform Evolution: Designing and operating highly scalable SaaS platforms within a Microservices architecture.
• AI-Driven Development: Utilizing cutting-edge AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate prototyping, design, and feature deployment.
• Intelligent Systems Integration: Building and integrating LLM-based features and AI-driven product capabilities into the core platform.
• Infrastructure & Cloud: Developing and maintaining robust backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies atop AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Modern Engineering Standards: Implementing high-fidelity CI/CD pipelines and containerized cloud-native environments to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements-

• Professional Depth: At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering – Mandatory.
• Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies – Mandatory.
• SaaS Mastery: Proven track record in building and maintaining scalable, high-availability SaaS platforms – Mandatory.
• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding environments (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to optimize development workflows – Mandatory.
• Architecture: Practical experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure – Mandatory.
• Generative AI: Experience in building or integrating AI/LLM-driven product features.
• DevOps Literacy: Deep familiarity with modern development practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional technical judgment and the ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly.
