Role Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and hands-on Operations Manager to support and streamline our day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, in-office role working closely with the CEO.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s excited to take ownership, build structure, and be deeply involved in how a startup runs.

What you’ll do:

• Support and improve day-to-day operational processes across the company
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth internal workflows
• Manage employee experience (onboarding, internal coordination, team support)
• Oversee office operations, tools, and vendor coordination
• Work closely with the CEO on operational and organizational priorities
• Help coordinate across teams to keep projects moving forward
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, admin, or a similar role
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in-office and being a central point of coordination
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc. — a plus
• Experience in startups, travel, or hospitality — a plus
