Integration Specialist

The Role & Responsibilities-

• The System Integration & Testing Lead takes a frontline role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex electronic power systems. The position requires a combination of technical mastery and operational agility, including significant field activities:
• Advanced System Integration: Leading the integration and validation of electronic boards and components into sophisticated sub-systems.
• Performance Analysis: Conducting rigorous system-level testing and analyzing performance metrics to ensure adherence to high-voltage automotive standards.
• Global Technical Support: Supporting projects and Tier-1 clients both locally and internationally, ensuring seamless technology implementation.
• Field Operations: Executing hands-on onsite testing and troubleshooting, including periodic international travel (several times per quarter) to support global deployments.
• Documentation & Schematics: Interpreting complex electrical diagrams and technical drawings to guide integration and verify system integrity.

Requirements-

• Professional Foundation: Proven experience in a similar system integration or testing role – Mandatory.
• Academic Background: Practical Engineer (Handasai) in Electronics with at least 2 years of professional experience – Mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in system testing and the integration of electronic boards into multidisciplinary systems – Mandatory.
• Schematic Literacy: Absolute proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical circuits and technical diagrams – Mandatory.
• Language Skills: High-level English proficiency (written and spoken) for international professional collaboration – Mandatory.
• Global Mobility: Readiness for international travel to support overseas projects and clients.
• Electrical Qualifications: Experience with High Voltage systems or a certified Electrician License – Significant Advantage.
