Founding AI Developer

With over 200 paying customers and a thriving marketplace of expert-built templates, the company is well-funded and strategically positioned in the AI operations market.

Based in Tel Aviv (adjacent to the train) with a boutique team of 20 professionals, the organization operates under a hybrid work model and fosters a mission-driven, elite engineering culture.

The Role & Responsibilities-

• Reporting directly to the CTO, this is the first dedicated AI position in the company. The role carries significant ownership, from designing new features from scratch to leading the overall AI product strategy:
• Foundational AI Engineering: Building end-to-end AI infrastructure, from architectural design to full production deployment.
• Agentic Orchestration: Developing and managing complex AI Agents and multi-agent orchestration systems to handle sophisticated organizational workflows.
• Advanced Pipelines: Designing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance data retrieval and response accuracy.
• Model Management: Working with leading models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and Open Source alternatives, including Prompt Engineering, safety guardrails, and fine-tuning as required.
• Strategic Leadership: Taking full ownership of the AI roadmap, balancing research with high-fidelity software engineering to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.

Requirements-

• 3 years of professional experience in Python development – Mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience in LLM development and implementation – Mandatory.
• Solid background and practical experience in Machine Learning (ML) – Mandatory.
• Experience working within SaaS or Web-based product companies – Mandatory.
• A proactive engineer with the ability to lead a domain independently and translate complex AI research into production-grade features.
