The Role & Responsibilities

• As a Senior Backend Engineer, the individual will be a key contributor to a core engineering team, tasked with architecting the next generation of financial services.
• The role involves solving high-scale challenges within a sophisticated, distributed ecosystem:
• Architectural Stewardship: Designing and implementing robust backend services within a high-availability Microservices architecture.
• Scalable Engineering: Developing mission-critical financial modules using C# and .NET, ensuring the integrity of millions of global transactions.
• Infrastructure & Messaging: Working with advanced data and streaming technologies, including SQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Cloud Evolution: Developing and deploying high-performance solutions within a state-of-the-art Azure Cloud environment.
• Domain Expertise: Translating complex international financial regulations and requirements into seamless, automated software features.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in software development with a master-level focus on C# – Mandatory.
• Architectural Depth: Proven track record of designing and maintaining Microservices at scale – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience in SQL development and data-tier optimization – Mandatory.
• Experience with distributed messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and caching mechanisms (Redis) is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience developing within Cloud-native environments, preferably Azure.
• The ability to work within a large-scale, global R&D organization and contribute to products that impact millions of users worldwide.
