The Role & Responsibilities-

• The Backend Engineer joins a high-caliber development team responsible for the core engines that drive the company's autonomous acquisition platform.
• The role focuses on building high-performance, low-latency systems within a sophisticated cloud-native environment:
• Core Systems Development: Designing and implementing mission-critical services primarily in Go (Golang), with additional components in Python.
• High-Scale Architecture: Developing and scaling Microservices capable of processing immense data volumes in real-time.
• Data Streaming: Building and optimizing real-time data pipelines using Kafka to support the platform's AI decision-making engines.
• Cloud Operations: Architecting and deploying services within a robust AWS environment, utilizing Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Performance Engineering: Ensuring the platform meets the rigorous speed and reliability demands of the global advertising ecosystem.

Requirements-

• Technical Foundation: Proven experience in backend development with a strong mastery of Go (Golang) – Mandatory.
• Polyglot Capabilities: Additional experience or proficiency in Python – Mandatory.
• Infrastructure Mastery: Significant hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes – Mandatory.
• Real-Time Messaging: Practical experience working with Kafka for high-throughput data streaming – Mandatory.
• Architectural Depth: Deep understanding of Microservices and distributed systems.
• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field from a leading university – Mandatory.
