LLM Engineer (AI)

The Role & Responsibilities-

• Agentic Orchestration: Designing and building complex Autonomous Agents and the foundational infrastructure required for multi-agent coordination.
• Production AI Engineering: Developing and deploying LLM-based systems and Agentic workflows into mission-critical production environments.
• System Synergy: Implementing advanced frameworks to enable multiple agents to work effectively as a unified, cohesive system.
• Deep Technical Integration: Utilizing Python to build robust backends, integrating RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP (Model Context Protocol), and VectorDBs.
• Optimization & Evaluation: Conducting rigorous performance evaluation and optimization of agents to ensure high-fidelity outcomes at scale.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in Backend or AI Development within high-caliber tech environments – Mandatory.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Python engineering – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of working with LLMs and building Generative AI solutions – Mandatory.
• A demonstrated ability to deliver AI/ML systems into large-scale Production environments – Mandatory.
• Significant experience with modern AI tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or MetaGPT – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) – Mandatory.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes is a significant advantage.
• An academic or professional background from elite technology units or leading tech organizations is highly preferred.
