The Role & Responsibilities-

• As a Senior AI & Backend Engineer, you will join the core team responsible for the company's flagship product an intelligent, AI-powered engine designed to analyze Kubernetes failures in real-time.
• The role involves deep-tier engineering at the intersection of infrastructure and artificial intelligence
• Intelligent Agent Development: Designing and implementing high-performance agents to monitor and identify complex failures within Kubernetes clusters.
• Advanced AI Integration: Architecting and deploying AI-driven features using LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI to provide actionable insights for DevOps teams.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Developing scalable backend services and infrastructure using Python and Go within an AWS environment.
• AI Infrastructure: Leveraging Vertex AI and advanced machine learning frameworks to enhance the platform’s diagnostic capabilities.
• System Ownership: Taking an active role in the product's evolution, from technical research to production-grade deployment in high-scale environments.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in Backend Development within high-caliber tech organizations – Mandatory.
• Significant hands-on experience in Python and/or Go (Golang) – Mandatory.
• Proven, recent experience in AI/Generative AI development (LLMs, RAG, etc.) in a primary professional capacity – Mandatory.
• Deep technical understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s) environments – Mandatory.
• Practical experience developing within AWS or other major public cloud providers.
• A proactive engineer with a passion for building complex DevTools and solving mission-critical infrastructure challenges.
