The Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to:

• Drive projects from idea → reality → delivered product
• Navigate between Engineering, HW/SW Development, Production, Sales & Customer Support
• Keep multiple moving parts aligned (even when they don’t want to be)
• Stay hands-on, while still seeing the big picture
• Turn “this might be a problem” into “handled.”

• Are as comfortable in a meeting room as you are diving into details
• Know how to lead and also roll up your sleeves when needed

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Project Management experience (multidisciplinary / R&D environment)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Electrical Engineering
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (MS Project included)
• High-level English

• Background in the UAV industry
• Technical + managerial hybrid mindset
