Mobile Engineer

The Role & Responsibilities

• The Android Lead Developer takes full end-to-end ownership of the company's mobile ecosystem within the Android environment. This is an independent leadership role focusing on the architecture and delivery of high-stakes applications that interface with robotic hardware:
• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Leading the development of the Android mobile application from initial architecture and implementation to full production deployment.
• Architectural Leadership: Designing robust, scalable mobile architectures using React Native, specifically tailored for integration with complex robotic systems.
• Technical Authority: Serving as the primary technical lead for mobile development, collaborating directly with Project Managers and cross-functional engineering stakeholders.
• Production Deployment: Ensuring the delivery of high-performance, production-ready applications that meet the rigorous operational standards of global industrial and healthcare facilities.

Requirements

• 3 years of intensive experience in mobile development using React Native – Mandatory.
• A proven track record of taking complex mobile applications to Production environments – Mandatory.
• A comprehensive, deep-seated understanding of the Android environment and its specific nuances – Mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical domains independently and drive development processes from end to end.
• Prior experience within an Elite Military Technology Unit – Significant Advantage.
