Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bnei Brak for a Corporate & High Tech Associate. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex corporate, commercial, and technology agreements. The associate will assist clients with venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other business matters. Additionally, the role includes legal research, technical issue analysis, and providing strategic advice to support client operations and transactions in multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to address complex legal issues and provide strategic advice
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting capabilities to identify and resolve legal challenges in corporate and high-tech matters
• Detailed understanding or experience in corporate law, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transactions
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach
• A law degree from a recognized institution and relevant professional certification
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
