Role Description

The TechUnity Team Lead, Hands On will lead and manage a technical team to deliver high-quality gaming experiences. This is a hands-on hybrid role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include overseeing technical development, mentoring team members, coding and debugging, ensuring optimal game performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on delivering seamless gameplay environments that balance creativity and technical precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, C++, or Java, and experience with Unity game engine
• 1+ Years Experience leading and managing technical teams in a gaming or software development environment
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and art departments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements
• Experience with multiplayer game development and game networking concepts is considered an asset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Passion for gaming, creativity, and innovation in game development
